What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that sale items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned.

How do I care for my Rails garments?

To maintain the quality of our signature fabrics, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the inner garment tag. Most of our rayon and linen blends are best hand washed cold and laid flat to dry.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and order value.
